Returns and Exchanges
At Sparkanite Jewels, we create jewelry pieces with utmost perfection. Since customer satisfaction is our key priority, you usually won’t need to return or exchange our products. But in the rare event, you find a flaw or defect in our products, you should follow these steps for returns and exchanges:
- Give us a call or get in touch with us within 2 days of delivery.
- Send back your items to us within 7 days of delivery.
The products will be returned to our regional office according to your location.
Our Return Policy
Our easy return policy enables you to return a flawed product and get a full refund or exchange. You can return or exchange our products within 30 days of your purchase.
But custom duties and shipping charges cannot be refunded. We cover shipping cost for the return to make it more convenient for you.
Refunds take around 10 working days to reflect in your account.
Non Refundable Items
If you want to return a product, it should be new and unworn and in proper condition. If the product shows any kind of obvious damage due to wear and tear, we won’t accept its return and provide any refund.
Any custom or personalized order is not applicable for return or refund. You also won’t get any refunds for engraved and embossed jewelry. Moreover, special and sale orders are not eligible for refunds.
If you cannot provide proper receipts and paperwork during refunds, the request will be declined.
Steps for Returning Your Order
If you want to return an order from us, you should follow these steps:
- File a return request within 30 days of receiving the delivery. We will initiate the return process right after receiving your request.
- We will email a free UPS return shipping label to you. Add the RMA number on the top of the box with other details and labels before posting the items through UPS.
- Pack all the items inside the original box or package along with the certificates and paperwork. Your order won’t be eligible for a refund unless you provide the required documents.
- Our shipping label is insured. So if you are returning using our label, we recommend you insure the shipment. Remember that we won’t be responsible if your product gets stolen or lost through another shipping label.
Our Hassle-Free Refund Process
After receiving the item you have returned, we will provide you with a confirmation email.
Next, our experts perform a quality assurance process to look for the defect. It might take up to 1 or 2 business days, and once we identify an issue with the product, we will begin the full refund.
You won’t be eligible for a refund if the product is not in new and proper condition.
The refund might take up to 5- 10 days to be successful. The refund time will be longer during the holiday season.
